Until I met Eunice, I could only be described as overwhelmed and completely blocked when it came to anything having to do with creating professional newsletters, much less how to export my email address box onto a spreadsheet; which in layman’s language means how to get around in the computer world of any system without destroying what I had already done. I was terrified. After meeting Eunice and working with her, she nurtured me to the point of feeling confident in knowing that I could work without erasing everything I had done. Further, Eunice set up my first newsletter, teaching me the pros of a professional-looking newsletter. Finally, she added to the newsletter in areas that I found myself helplessly stymied in.
